Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return. Processing time for returns is 5-7 business days after we receive the return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. House of Palazzo will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label. We do not accept exchanges of any kind.
To start a return, you can contact us at houseofpalazzo421@gmail.com. Information will be sent to the customer's email. Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 3 days of submission to qualify for a full refund. If it is a split package order, it will start with the final package delivery date and time. Please send pictures of damaged goods.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it's a shipping error or a damaged item. To compensate for the loss of customers, through assessments, we will give more discounts on the next order.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item is received, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.

Order cancelation
Once orders are processed, they can not be canceled. Refer back to the return policy.
Attention
Only US orders are eligible for House of Palazzo return services. We are not accepting returns for orders that are shipped to customers outside the US at this time.
